This 1/4 mile paved oval track opened in 1946 and held it's final race in 2006 before the track's property was sold to a housing developer. Parts of the facility were then dismantled and sold to the nearby Altamont Raceway Park.

The purchase of the land for a planned 1600 unit housing development project was never finalized due to the collapse of the housing market.
