Stuart Libertoff was the president and co-owner of Irving Libertoff, Inc., a major DOE food vendor, when he was charged with rigging bids for the supply and delivery of frozen food and of fresh produce to New York City's public, private, and parochial schools. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison. He owns this 11,993 sq ft home.
