This comlex of beach front palaces, yacht berths, lush gardens and swimming pools along with helipads and garages covers an area of 1127 acres! Located north of Jeddah this complex belongs to the current Crown prince of Saudi Arabia (as of Nov 2008) Prince Sultan bin AbdulAziz who was previously the defence minister. His son: Bander bin Sultan (the infamous Ambassador of Saudi to USA) has a palace nearby. The cost of this palace is in excess of US $ 556 million.
