The long barrow is located on a small patch of land in a field. The barrow is thought to have been constructed between 3950 BC - 2801 BC. The barrow is clearly visible from the road and is in good condition. The dolmen, barrow and surrounding stones all remain.
The barrow is one of several within the area. All dolmens and barrows are protected.
