I've figured out that Sago Coal Mine in Tallmansville, WV is the larger reddish area in the Google maps low res link. I found it on MS Terraserver actually at these coordinates 38N 54' 14.00" (38.90389); -80W 13' 5.08 (-80.21808) Here one can see the coal conveyor lines. (I have WinME so can't run Google Earth, so can't help there.) Just found out that surprisingly 12 of the 13 have been reportedly found alive.

and now it has been announced 12 died - only 1 survived - even George Bush was on tv saying great that 12 survived ... even waiting relatives were told originally that 12 survived
