Not tanks. The shadows don't look like tanks. They might not even be tracked vehicles.

This is just south of the Syrian border.

Those are SUVs. Using Google Earth I see another one approaching from the east. Maybe 3-4 miles away. I think this is a terrorist gathering. It definetly looks like a meeting. Not necessarily mud, could be tall grass casting shadows over the tracks.
