I checked the star wars website and it appears that the tatooine scenes were filmed in Yuma, Tunisia, Death valley and many other places |

For Star Wars IV, as the subject line says for this picture, it was filmed in Tunisia. This is fact. Other scenes in other movies were filmed in other places including Yuma. |
