Vector Managed Holdings is a private company involved in investment management, real estate development, and other professional management ventures. Previously, Mr. Berghorst served as Group Head and Managing Director of the Prudential Vector Healthcare Group, a unit of Prudential Securities, Inc., and, earlier, a Managing Director at Kidder Peabody & Co., Inc.
