The Gates of Hell by Auguste Rodin.
The sculpture is not the original, it is one six casts from the original. The sculpture depicts a scene from Dante Alighieri's "The Inferno" from the Divine Comedy. The work stands 6 meters high (19 feet), 4 meters wide (13 feet) and is 1 meter deep (3 feet).
This gate is located at the Iris & B Gerald Cantor Center for Visual Arts at Stanford University along with many other Rodin works.
