Theresa Roemer is the founder of Body by Design fitness centers. She also owns a confectionary company which is exclusively sold at Saks 5th Avenue stores as well as a fashion and accessory line.

In her home, Roemer built a 3 story, 3,000 sqft, $500,000 closet for her wardrobe which is worth an estimated $2M and includes 60 Birkin bags and 75 pairs of Christian Louboutin shoes. The closet also includes a champagne bar.
