Thomas Gilman's House

Mr. Thomas F. Gilman, Tom has been Chief Executive Officer of DaimlerChrysler Financial Services Americas, LLC since August 2008 and serves as its President.

Mr. Gilman serves as Senior Advisor of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P.

Mr. Gilman served as President of DaimlerChrysler Financial Services Americas, LLC since August 2008 and served as its Controller. He served as Senior Vice President of Asbury Automotive Group Inc. from January 2002 to September 2003 and also served as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from joining in April 2001 to September 2003.

He served in various credit and financial capacities, including Chief Financial Officer of Chrysler Financial Company L.L.C. at Chrysler/DaimlerChrysler Corporation from 1973 to 2000. His executive roles included managing Global dealer credit operations of Chrysler Corporation, where he served for over 27 years. He founded CEO Solutions, LLC in July 2000 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until April 2001.

In March 2001, Leapsource, Inc. , an internet-based, web-enabled provider of financial accounting outsourcing services, for which Mr. Gilman served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Director, filed for liquidation of its assets. Mr. Gilman has been Vice Chairman of DaimlerChrysler Financial Services Americas, LLC since August 2008. He served as Executive Vice Chairman of DaimlerChrysler Financial Services Americas, LLC from 2007 to August 2008. He serves as Director of Vesco Oil and DaimlerChrysler Financial Services Americas, LLC. He has been a Trustee of Falcon Financial Investment Trust since December 2003. He served as Director of DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. from February 2007 to November 5, 2007.

He served as a member of the Daimler-Benz/Chrysler Corporation merger integration team and appointed a member of the Financial Services Committee of DaimlerChrysler Services, AG, from 1998 to June 2000. Mr. Gilman graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. degree in Finance.
