Tin Pan Alley (StreetView)
In the late eighteen-hundreds and early nineteen-hundreds, Tin Pan Alley was the center of popular music in the USA. The buildings on Twenty-eighth Street, between Broadway and Sixth Avenue, was home to producers, publishers, agents, composers, and performers. The modern equivalent is the 1600 block of Broadway.
