The owner is David Gaon, President of the Marvel Trading Company. He has it available for lease again.

Nessim Gaon is a swiss financier who owned this house, but it's now owned by David Schultz, who is CEO of Vitagraph films, a local home theater company and maybe an heir to to Vitagraph silent film fortune.
