Tom Morello, the world famous guitarist best known for playing in the anti establishment rap-rock group Rage Against the Machine, lives in this LA Mansion. After Rage Against the Machine, Morello would go on to play guitar in Audioslave, and more recently in the band Prophets of Rage. Morello, long outspoken about his anti-corporate beliefs, graduated from Harvard, and has since become on of the most accomplished guitarists of all time.

Rage Against the Machine saw quick success, signing a record deal a year after forming in 1991. Their self titled release saw critical acclaim, going on to release three more albums as a group. Incendiary in their lyrical content the band had once played a crowd to riot at the DNC in 2000. From here, their singer Zack de la Rocha left disgruntled, and the three remaining band members went on to form Audioslave with famed Soundgarden singer, the late Chris Cornell. Eventually RATM reformed for a last solo tour.

Morello’s guitar style is particularly unique, utilizing the full capabilities of the electric guitar to produce wide arrays of sounds. Screeches, sirens, and all manor of DJ esq scratches can be heard over his songs. Perhaps the most innovative player of our time, Morelo has yet to be matched for his distinct and creative flair. He has, as one of the most well known guitar players, joined with the likes of Bruce Springsteen, and also performs solo as the Nightwatchman.

Little known fact about the artist, is that after moving to LA to chase his music dreams he had to support himself for a time as a stripper. A true man of the people.

The Grammy Award Winning, Morello is married to Denise, and they have two sons, Rhoads (born 2007) and Roman (born April 2011).

A well known activist himself, Morello has earned a net worth of over $30 Million. His organization Axis of Justice, and his work with it, has also earned him awards, and recognition.
