Thompson H. Rogers is the founder of several successful independent ventures, including Odin Capital Group, LLC, a private equity investment firm, and the Affiliated Companies, Inc., a private investment firm. Tom was a founding shareholder in: Aspen Holdings, an insurance holding company; GlarNet Communications Services, Inc., a provider of billing and customer solutions for the telecommunications industry; and The Varsity Group, Inc. (NASDAQ; VSTY), the largest Internet-based provider of textbooks and collegiate products. He continues to serve on the boards of Aspen Holdings and GlarNet Communications. Tom is also a director and shareholder of Hamilton Lane Advisors, one the largest private equity advisory firms in the nation. Tom is the Chairman of Oberon Entertainment Properties, LLC.
