Looked at his house (this one) when moving back to the area a few years ago (around summer, 2008). Didn't know it was his till we went inside. It was clean but extremely dated and not all that impressive. In a great neighborhood, surrounded by much more expensive multi-million dollar homes on the golf course/country club and in one of the top rated towns in the country to raise a family (Fishers, IN) . Definitely would've been a great deal. Still not sure why he would choose to "summer" in Indy though - I heard he may have a baseball camp in the area.
