Tony Pritzker's House

The billionaire is expanding his Beverly Hills real estate holdings. He quietly paid $6.3M for this residence in 2015. He also recently bought the former home of Carmen Electra next door for $4.8M. Both properties are directly across the street from his 53,000 square foot main residence.

According to the link below, it's believed that Pritzker is razing both this house and Electra's old house to add more guest/staff parking spaces to his main estate, where he entertains and hosts charity events frequently.
