The log-cabin style home features an incredible list of amenities, including a ten-car garage, home theater, bowling alley, golf simulator, and a 9-acre stocked lake. There is even a two-story waterfall and trout stream running through the front hall! Stewart purchased the land in 2004 and built the home after having the lake built in 2005. In March, 2022, Stewart listed the home for sale for $30 million, making it the most expensive home in Indiana by more than $13 million.

Tony Stewart was born in Columbus, Indiana in 1971 and made his NASCAR debut in 1996. He joined the NASCAR Cup series in 1999 and finished fourth overall in his rookie season with three wins. He won the championship in 2002 and 2005 racing for Joe Gibbs Racing. He bought into his own team, Stewart-Haas Racing, in 2009 and won his third title as a driver in 2011. In 2014, team member Kevin Harvick won the Cup Series title, giving Stewart his second as an owner. Stewart retired from racing after the 2016 season.
