Octagonal Art Deco water tower built in 1938. In addition to holding 1 million gallons of water, it also housed municipal offices for the Town of Lake. The City of Milwaukee eventually annexed the town, and the tower was taken out of service in 2001. In 2002, the building was remodeled and now houses offices for the Department of Neighborhood Services. It has been renamed the Anderson Municipal Building.
