Tunnel entrance for some kind of military reason, the road doesn't cross the mountain, it just stay on the side. There is tunnel entrance to the north and south. Not a lot of activity, maybe abandoned project for bunkers.
This is the southern entrance, hasn't seen a lot of activity in satellite imagery.
