Ullevål Olympic Billeting Area, the new buildings for personnel of
Ullevål Hospital, could house 400. Representatives of the following
nations were found here: Australia, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland,
Hungary, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden,
and Jugoslavia. Top: The two star-shaped blocks at Ullevål were
connected by a provisional one-storey building, the "Pavillion", which
contained a mess hall for 210, service shops and a central kitchen
for all three Olympic areas. Its capacity was 3600 meals a day.
