I think those are target tanks. They aren't flying/ nThe shadow they cast are the same dimension and sirection as the objects to to the SE of the fake runways. There are target airplanes on the runways just to the NE too. |

That certainly sounds more likely! It'd be rare to capture, say, a cruise missile midflight - plus there aren't any time-shifted color artifacts (red/blue ghosting) like those present in imagery of other flying objects. |
