The driveway on the left with the wood fence is Comedian Chelsea Handlers house. Then right behind that is a mega mansion. Im assuming its being delivered to that big mansion.

That mega mansion is owned by a very wealthy Indonesian businessman named Rizal Risjad. also I'm sure you noticed that the driveway gate is open, so it's very likely his.
