This 3/4 mile high banked stock car racing speedway was built in 1995 and hosts ARCA, Hooters Pro Cup Series, and local stock car events. Many NASCAR teams use this facility for testing.

The Lakeland Interstate Raceway operated on this site from 1971-1995 with a 1/4 mile oval.

The track held it's final race on August 2, 2008. An industrial park will be built on the land.

Closed in 2008. Lakeland Dragway, a former 1/4 mile (then 1/8 mile) strip was adjacent to the speedway to the east. Both remained abandoned for many years. Both eventually razed and replaced with warehouses.
