The 2014 Fox network reality TV series Utopia was filmed on this property. The show was a social experiment with 15 Americans from different walks of life living together for one year. It debuted on September 7, 2014.

The one year experiment was not completed, as the series was cancelled after the 12th episode aired on October 31.
