Vahan H. Gureghian's Houses

Vahan H. Gureghian is the founder and CEO of CSMI. Mr. Gureghian is an attorney licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Gureghian purchased two homes that occupied the lots in 2011 for a combined $28.9M. He has then submitted plans to the city of Palm Beach to build a 30,000 ft² (2,800 m²) mansion, which was supposed to include a two-lane bowling alley in the basement, and then built the house. The house is spread over the two lots initially purchased by Gureghian.

The house is now for sale, for $69,900,900.
