A 1950's-era Kurtis Kraft Indy car is seen on the roof of an auto glass repair business. This car raced in the Indy 500 for the first time in 1954, and it finished 2nd in 1956 with driver Sam Hanks.
The car was retired after crashing while attempting to qualify for the 1961 race. The owner of the car then mounted it on the roof of his auto glass business. In 2012, it was brought down from the roof to be refurbished to its original condition.
This was featured on an episode of Velocity network TV show Americarna.
