Washington Circle is a traffic circle in the Northwest quadrant of Washington, D.C., U.S.A.. It is located at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue, New Hampshire Avenue, K Street, and 23rd Street, N.W. The through lanes of K Street (which are U.S. Highway 29) tunnel under the circle, while the service lanes intersect the circle.

The Foggy Bottom campus of the George Washington University adjoins Washington Circle. The closest Metro station is Foggy Bottom-GWU.

In the center of the circle is an equestrian statue of George Washington, made by sculptor Clark Mills and dedicated in 1859.
