This 3/8 mile dirt oval track opened in 1965. In 2012, NAPA Auto Parts became the title sponsor of the track. The track features sprint car and stock car racing.

In April 2007, the track's concession stand was destroyed by a fire during a night of racing, damaging the track's office and a main electric pole. Within a few months, the track was back in business.

Not long after reopening, the track was forced to cancel the rest of the season while a 19 year old lawsuit reemerged from people who moved near the track and then complained about the noise. The track reopened in June 2008.
