Weird Looking Set Of Arrays

Sirjan, Islamic Republic of Iran (IR)

It looks like 3 sets of arrays, I don't think they are power lines. They remind me of old WW2 radars but the arrangement is different. I don't think they are TV antennas or cell phones towers.
