Why is there bomb damage at this Saudi facility?

Why is there bomb damage at this Saudi facility?
Saudi Arabia (SA)
This facility seems to have suffered some extensive damage. It is in southern Saudi Arabia far from the areas where the the Iraq I war was fought.

Any ideas?

Might not be bomb damage. Might have been a fire.

Looks like the roof collapsed between the support trusses in a fire. Bomb damage would not be so orderly.
