Wilbur Mills (1909-1992) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from the state of Arkansas. He was famous for his drunken debauchery with the famous stripper Fanne Foxe. Recognizing his alcohol problem, after leaving politics, Mr. Mills got sober and established the Wilbur Mills Addiction Treatment Center in Searcy, Arkansas. Mr. Wilbur Mills died in Searcy in 1992, at the age of 82. Fanne Foxe (Annabelle Battistella) has retired from her long and illustrious career in show business.
