Built in 1950 for Wilbur C. Pearce, this unique Wright design features 1,988 sq. feet of living space and is located within the gated "Woodlyn Lane" enclave of Bradbury. The concrete slab floor inside holds Usonian-style gravity heating. Rare Honduras mahogany outside provides a warm contrast to the neutral concrete of the circular segments.

The property is still owned by the Pearce family, though they do not reside here and the home has been unoccupied for many years.
