The Umatilla reservation is completely dry; even the casino has no alcohol and guests are asked not to bring or use any alcohol on the res. They do have plenty of free caffeine though and a good brunch. A popular trucker stop for northeastern Oregon.

they won't be dry in the near future. selling alcohol on the reservation to increase dividends by a couple of dollars!? what new programs will be funded? what a joke!!!
