Prior to joining Wilkinson O'Grady, Mr. Welsh ran Dionis Capital LLC, a hedge fund focused on financial services, which he founded in 1999. He was Managing Director of research for Tiger Management. Welsh spent 11 years with J.P. Morgan Investment Management where he researched and made portfolio recommendations on financial services companies in addition to serving as Director of Latin American Research.
He began his investment career with Sanford C. Bernstein & Company. Member of the Board of Directors of the Tiger Foundation. B.S., Engineering, University of Pennsylvania; MBA, Harvard Business School.
