William Pauls' House

William Pauls is the current Chairman of the Board at The Pauls Corporation. Mr. Pauls is a Canadian educated Chartered Accountant, who practiced accounting under both his own name and as partner in the firm that is now Deloitte & Touche in Canada. In 1978, together with two partners, Mr. Pauls acquired the Denver Tech Center in Denver, Colorado. Shortly after, a partnership was formed with a London based shipping company, European Ferries PLC. Mr. Pauls was CEO ... of this partnership, which grew to include locations in Atlanta and Houston. Mr Pauls and his partnerships have developed over 10 million square feet of commercial office space and over 10,000 acres of land.
