Winchester Speedway

This high-banked 1/2 mile race track opened in 1916. It had a dirt racing surface until it was paved in 1951. Its 37 degree banked turns are the steepest of all active American tracks.

In 2012, driving a winged sprint car, JoJo Helberg set a world record for a lap on a half mile track with a time of 12.669 seconds.
