Willis E. "Wink" Hartman is owns and oversees a variety of companies, including Hartman Oil Company, H2 Plains, H2 Trucking, H2 Drilling, Hartmoor Investments, commercial construction company Ink Construction, Chester's Chophouse & Wine Bar, Jimmy's Egg, Knolla's Pizza, and the newest live entertainment venue in south central Kansas, the Hartman Arena. With the recent acquisition of additional oil companies, Hartman Oil has become one of the largest independent oil producers in Kansas.
