its actually Lakers Lodge and there is a large lake in the grounds, All the buildings in the thumb images are all part of the same estate (Lakers lodge)

This map is no where near Derby. its location is Donnington hall donnington ledbury HR8 2HX. Which I might add is the same postcode as the one you suggest is the correct one. So I have no idea what you are on about.
