Most recently the house belonged to Michael Foss, CEO of Sports Authority, although he just sold it in 9/14. Before and after Allen Iverson this house has been bought and resold every couple of years.
I believe this to be the new Home of Dale Francescon. (CO-CEO of Century Communities, and former owner of the home 1 parcel north and 3 parcels east of this home.) Shanahan sold the home for $7M, much lower than the $17M he had it listed for.
