What's that institutional looking place to the east? Sat dishes, helipads, etc.

There's an observatory or something just north of your second instance.

I don't think these are simple satellite problems. Those sections of forest were selected, flipped and pasted back in. I think something is being disguised.

You know, it sure looks like all four sides would slide straight down as a unit, especially in the westward view.

I suspect the half-a-plane is a radar reflection test target. If that's so the walls would certainly have to be out of the way of the radar.

Yes, probably a 135. 137s were 707 based too, but it appears they were all VIP transport planes.

There are tons of variants, but NC-135A is certainly a good bet.
