Found some good info on it, it came from the Panama Canal

Engine #802: 4 of them were built by Davenport Locomotive Works as a narrow gauge 0-4-0 ST in October 1907 at the cost of $3,163 each. They were numbered 801 to 804.

The Sculpture is called 'Chartist Man' sculpted by artist Sebastien Boyesen, and placed in March 2005.

The 25 feet tall Chartist Man is made of thousands of stainless steel flat washers welded together. This was intended to show there is strength in numbers. The washers can clearly be seen in the close up of his right foot shown in the listing gallery.

The Chartist were a group of Welshmen campaigning to get the vote for all Men

Is located on the east wall of Edwards Builders' Hardware at 4988 Dundas,
this mural honours Islington's volunteer firemen who were once based in this block and who,
each winter back in the 1940s, used to dam Mimico Creek below Montgomery's Inn
to create a much used and loved skating rink.

The Edward E. Boynton House was built in Rochester, New York in 1908. This two-story house is built in the elongated "T" plan.
