Amy Poehler's House

The actress and comedian owns this house. She paid $3.63M for the property in late 2014. However, she is not living here yet, as she is completely remodeling and rebuilding the property.

While she waits for the remodel to finish, she has been leasing a larger home in the Beverly Hills flats (also featured on this site). She was recently fined and called one of Beverly Hills' worst water wasters for using 170,000 gallons of water during a two-month period in 2015.
