Photo Safari #32 - World War II

This week we’ll be hunting out World War II sites and objects in Street View. The subject is going to be especially loose. I’m looking for WWII hardware, famous sites, vehicles, museums, murals, monuments and memorials, and statues. You must provide a More Info link that justifies your map’s submission. Think beyond Europe. It truly was a World War so there are sites in almost all of the countries that have SV imagery.

Post your finds to both Street View – Events – Historical AND to the items appropriate category. The safari will end at midnight on December 20th.
