You can now use your Gravatar as your profile image instead of having to upload one.
Head to your Profile page to change your settings.

Also note that the default profile icon (for folks who haven't uploaded one) has been changed.
Instead of showing the VGT "globe" by default, the image will vary by person. This makes it easier to visually identify people who are commenting.
The image is generated by Gravatar, based on your email address. You can see this in action on the public comments page
