I honestly don't see a reason why tags are unable to be changed via "suggest changes"; in case someone forgets to put a tag that applies or puts in the wrong tag by accident, this would be useful.

Do you mean the Categories? If so, we hadn't included them in the Suggested Changes form merely because not many people have asked for the ability to do so. Today, you can simply post a comment and one of our moderators should be able to help.
If it becomes common enough, I'll look into adding it to the form!

I can't seem to change the links in suggest changes. Is it possible to have the ability to add and remove links?
