I'm not sure if anyone is using it anymore -- it doesn't appear so, as no one complained that it was broken -- but the VGT AutoSubmitter Windows program has been fixed and updated to work with the latest Google and Bing Maps interfaces.

For those that don't know, the VGT AutoSubmitter is a Windows application that can help you create thumbnails without the need for a separate paint application. It runs a regular Internet Explorer browser in a "shell" that you can use to trim down a map to thumbnail proportions.
I hope to add a tutorial on it soon so people can see visually how it helps.
