OK, at http://virtualglobetrotting.com/my_notifications/ there is a section labeled "You have 5 new comments on your maps:"
Here, there are a series of Thumbnails of maps people have (I assume) recently commented on.
So far so good?
Here's what I think is a bug:
I currently have 5 maps that people have commented on, thus 5 Thumbnails.
The 4th thumb is a broken link that points: http://virtualglobetrotting.com/my_notifications/0/0/0-v.jpg
I've made a screen grab for you to look at:

All the non-broken Thumbs correctly link to the respective map / comment.
Email me if you need access from my end, I know how head-scratching a bug hunt can be.

Awesome, thanks for the details! This was due to one of the maps that was commented on was removed.
I have updated the Notifications to show (map was removed) if this is the case instead of a broken thumbnail.
Let me know if you see other similar things!
