"The Barn" was until 2006 a personal recording studio owned by Trey Anastasio of the band Phish. The outhouse on the south side of the barn serves as the cover of Phish's Farmhouse album. The Barn is now home to the Seven Below Arts Initiative.

2019 UPDATE: The Barn is once again being used by Trey and his bands for recording and rehearsal. Extensive footage of The Barn being used can be found in Trey's 2019 documentary "Between Me and My Mind" on Amazon video.
