Kjfitz pointed these out. They are to the south of a plane flying through the area. Speculation is that they could be anything from target balloons or barrage balloons, to parachutes. The slight blur indicates they are moving and the differing shadows shows they are at different altitudes. There are some that seem to be deflated on or near the ground, which could support the target balloon theory, or even the parachute assumption.
The orb in the lowerleft of this thumbnail appears to have a parchutist hanging beneath it. Google Earth may provide a better picture.
